Most of you saw where I tried to post but it was blank. Well, here is what happened...I tried to post from my phone. *Please know that my phone is in NO WAY a smart phone, an I phone, or an android phone.* I can do a few things like access the internet, check my email, do facebook, and a few other things......but I guess posting to my blog is not one of them. So, below is a copy of the attempted post.
So, I did try the triple chocolate cake in the crockpot. The sides turned out CRISPY (like a cookie) and the inside was really moist. It tasted very good (once you broke it open - ha ha). Then came the lasagna. It was delicious! Served it with garlic toast and a salad! Yummm. I love this crockpot! Sunday morning favorites include a big mug of coffee and the Sunday paper. My morning has had neither. I did take time out to read a little yesterday. That is also what I plan on doing when I am done here. I am really proud of myself...Earlier this month I commited myself to write one letterr a month to a different family member. Yesterday I sat down and wrote a letter to my Aunt Kathy. So, 1 down and 11 to go! Everyone have a great week ...AND CARLA...YOU BETTER BE EXCERSIZING MY LITTLE NEPHEW! N
I think that is so fun that you are cooking with your crock pot! I do love my crock pot too, but I've never gotten crazy with it - like chocolate cake - But maybe I will one day...! Ha - the exercising thing - I'm coughing up a couple of lungs a day instead of exercising. Maybe next week.
