Spitting Image

Everyone always talks about who the baby looks like. Some say mother, some say father, even some say neither. Well, I have heard a lot about how Jaxen looks so much like his GRANDPA. Mimi has said from the get-go how much Jaxen looks like my dad Carl. Well, the other day when we were at her house, we pulled out a picture of my dad when he was only a few years old. I just happen to have a picture of Jaxen in a similar pose saved to my phone (curtisy of Carla's blog). It is ridiculous how much they DO LOOK ALIKE. Wow! Carla this post is for you. You aren't here to gasp with us but maybe this will do the trick. I couldn't believe it - so without further ado:



So, what do you think? I tried to get them side by side but I couldn't. Do you see it?

    That is so sweet. Thanks for sharing! Mom has told me that Mimi has said that before. I love the two pictures of them together :)

    I have said it all along too, that Jax looks a lot like Uncle Carl. Such an innocent face. I love seeing the two pictures of them. - Love you. Lisa
