FINALLY

So, it has been almost a month since my last post. Not a lot has been going on, EXCEPT..... My HEALING process! 10 days ago, I went back to the doctor (for the 3rd time). By this point she is worried because the antibiotics are having NO effect on the bacterial infection and my glands are still swollen up a lot. She wants me to consider seeing and Ear Nose and Throat Specialist. But with some luck she tries me on a stronger antibiotic - strong enough to cost $100!!!!! Anyway, I leave the office with little hope and another shot. Let me just say, 2 days after starting the new antibiotics, I started feeling better! Over the weekend I felt good enough to hang out with my mom and get my nails done. I still get worn out pretty easily and am still taking things slow. I guess after being so sick for over a stinking month, my body needs time to recover! But the good news is that I went yesterday for my follow up and everything looks great! I just swallowed my last antibiotic and am feeling pretty good! Let's see what trouble I can get into this weekend!
