MEGA BACON BURGER

I do not really make it a habit of posting things about food - especially when you have pictures of food - but somehow this seems blog worthy!

Amber has this speciality burger that she loves to make. It is a STUFFED BACON CHEESEBURGER!

Well, one night a few weeks ago - she decided to make them. Just so happened that Brennen was home this night. We had such a great time cooking together. Amber, Brennen, and I all had a hand in cooking this delicious meal. That fact alone is probably what makes this blog-able. We turned on the music, everyone was singing and dancing around while we cooked. We joked, laughed, and conversated. I LOVE doing this - it only happens every once in a while - but I cherish the times it does!
There is a whole process to making this meal: 1st you have to peel, slice, and then cook the potatoes. Brennen cooked them - he did great!

Then the bacon must be cooked, cheese prepped, and the patties made and seasoned

Next they go on the grill and after some cooking, the stuffing begins

And then here is a picture of the final meal! Wow! Them burgers really are huge! Can you believe Brennen ate a whole one with potatoes and then asked for seconds! I was in disbelief!
